Nothing here forms a contract. Any engagement with Qualia Solutions is governed by a written services agreement signed by both parties.
About the figures
Cost comparisons use published BLS data — Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (latest release) and Employer Costs for Employee Compensation (latest release) — applied by census division. They are national medians, not quotes for your specific role, and your actual costs will differ.
Pricing on this site
Prices shown are ranges. Every role is priced by seniority; the price that binds is the one stated in your written services agreement, not a figure on this site.
Employment
People placed with clients are employed or engaged by Qualia, not by the client. Clients direct the day-to-day work; Qualia carries payroll, benefits, and local compliance.
Using this site
Use it lawfully. Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it at volume, interfere with its availability, or submit someone else's personal information without their permission. We may restrict access where that happens.
