How it works
We find them. You lead them.
We source, employ, and onboard. You direct — it's your business, your standard. Our delivery lead keeps watch behind them, so the quality problem is never yours alone.
First call to first day.
Three to five weeks, typically
- Week 101
Understand the business
Where the week goes, what keeps breaking, what growth needs next. One conversation. No deck.
- Week 102
Define the role together
What good looks like, written down. The standard is explicit, never assumed.
- Weeks 2–403
We find and employ them
Interviews, a discipline-specific assessment, background checks. Our payroll — never yours.
- Weeks 1–304
Onboarding is ours
Fluent in the role, your tools, your way of working — before they're your problem. This is where it usually goes wrong, so we own it.
- Ongoing05
You direct. We keep watch.
They take direction from you. Behind them, our delivery lead tracks output against the standard, flags drift early, and owns the fix.
- Day 9006
At ninety days, one question
Not a score. In your words: how does running the business feel compared to before we started? The only measure we hold ourselves to.
The questions everyone asks
Answered before you ask.
Who directs the day-to-day work?
You do. They're a member of your team — your priorities, your standards, your call on what gets done first. We deliberately don't sit between you and the work, because a layer of translation is how quality dies.
Then what exactly is Qualia doing?
Everything around the work. We source and vet. We employ them — payroll, benefits, local compliance. We own onboarding until they're fluent in the role. And a delivery lead tracks their output against the standard we set with you, so quality problems surface with us before they land on you.
Do I hire anyone in another country?
No. You sign one services agreement with Qualia, a US company. We hold the employment relationship abroad, which means no foreign entity to register and no international payroll to run.
What if the person leaves?
Ours to solve. We source, employ, and onboard the replacement, and the role documentation means they aren't starting cold. You don't run a search and you don't pay for the transition.
What about quality?
Every team member goes through interviews, a discipline-specific skills assessment, and background checks. Geography priced this team, not ability — an accountant in Ethiopia and an accountant in Naperville do the same work to the same standard.
What about time zones?
We staff for overlap with your working hours and tell you the overlap before you start. Most functions are live for the majority of a US business day.
How does billing work?
One monthly invoice from a US company, in USD. Roles run $1,500–$4,000 per person per month, by seniority. No recruiting fee, no placement fee, no per-hour billing.
What changes
Week one stops being the risk. It becomes the point.
