Client Relations SpecialistJob Description
Tasks:
- Analyze customer needs and create strategies to meet them
- Identify key contacts within client organizations to build and maintain profitable relationships
- Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively
- Pass on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Ensure the promotion of exceptional sales, supply, and customer service practices
- Work towards customer retention and contract renewals
- Engage with potential customers to build new relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
